Registration

  • This registration is only for conference hosts and their volunteers who are supporting the event.
  • Registration rate for institutional or professional SWCA membership holders.
  • Registration rate for professionals who do not have an active SWCA membership nor institutional membership.
  • Registration rate for students who have an active SWCA membership.
  • Registration rate for students who have do not have an active SWCA membership.
  • This ticket is for Institutional Members registering groups of 10+ tutors. Be sure to provide email addresses for each tutor.
  • This ticket is for Institutional Members registering groups of 5-9 tutors. Be sure to provide email addresses for each tutor.
  • This complimentary registration is exclusively for recipients of SWCA awards that include waived conference fees. This ticket type is reserved for:

    Graduate Tutor Award recipients
    SWCA Impact Award recipients
    Secondary Tutor Award recipients
    Undergraduate Tutor Award recipients
    Professional Tutor Award recipients

    If you received one of these awards, you should have been notified via email. Please select this ticket option to complete your registration.

We're excited to see you online in February 2027! Use the "Register" button on this page to begin the registration process for the 2027 SWCA conference.

Registration Details

All “SWCA Member” registration options are only available after logging into your SWCA profile. Use the login button (linked)—available on the main menu on the right side—to log into your profile. From the profile page, you may register and pay for your SWCA 2027 Conference ticket.

All SWCA 2027 presenters must register for the conference.

Tutor Bundle (5-9) for Institutional Member $25/person
Tutor Bundle (10+) for Institutional Member

Invoices for Multiple Conference Attendees

If you are registering multiple people at different levels (i.e., professionals + students) for SWCA 2027 and need a group invoice, please reach out to the current SWCA Treasurer for assistance.

Note: Members with an Institutional Membership or Institutional Partnership may add additional conference participants (i.e., admins, writing consultants or fellows who are not in a degree program) using the “guest” registration option provided on your registration form.

  • For every "guest" included on your registration, include your guest's registration details (first/last name and email address).
  • If you wish to include a student member on your group invoice, please contact the current SWCA Treasurer for a group invoice.

Accessing the Conference

Every individual conference attendee will receive their own links for accessing the conference on Zoom. These links are personalized and should not be shared with other people. Links will be sent to the emails included with registration. 

If you encounter an issue receiving a link, let the current Digital Content Developer know.
