Registration

  • Use this option if you are a professional (i.e. not a student) who has an active SWCA membership.
  • Use this option if you are a professional (i.e. not a student) who does not have an SWCA membership.
  • Use this option if you are a professional (i.e. not a student) who does not have an SWCA membership, but whose center has an institutional membership.
  • Use this option if you are a student who has an active SWCA membership.
  • Use this option if you are a student who does not have an active SWCA membership.
  • Use this option if you are a student without an SWCA membership, but whose center has an institutional membership.
Registration is closed

We're excited to see you in Memphis in February 2023. Use the "Register" button on this page to begin the registration process for the 2023 SWCA conference. 

Please note:

  • Conference T-shirts are available for purchase.

  • Conference registration will be considered late after Jan. 11 and will incur additional fees.

  • Registration is submitted and paid for by each individual attending the conference. If a director needs a way to pay for multiple people under one receipt, please contact our Treasurer, Brandy Ball Blake.

  • The "Member" registration options are only available if you are logged in to this site. The button to login is near the upper right of every page on this site.

  • If your center has an institutional SWCA membership, your director can provide you with a code that allows you to register at the member price. If your director is unsure whether they have a current institutional membership, or does not have the code, they can contact the SWCA at swca.dcd@gmail.com.)
